“The vegetarian and eating a healthy diet” of online communication was inspired by the freshmen during the recruitment time when the term started. The online exchange activity was by focusing on a lot of WeChat’s public accounts about vegetarianism and the healthy diet and searching for information on the Internet, and some of them came from dietitian’s personal accounts, so some members transferred the knowledge to team member. In the activity, someone joked that the life without meat was not a true life? Of course, sharing this topic is not to let all the students become vegetarians, but to let everybody know this kind of knowledge and develop good eating habits.
The benefits of eating vegetarian are:
1, prolong the live span
2, lower cholesterol levels
3, reduce cancer
4, less parasites
5, reduce burden of the kidney
Something more is equivalent to meat

Methods about healthy diet

Increase the food containing dietary fiber, such as coarse grains, vegetables
Reduce high-energy foods, such as Fried food, pastry
Reasonable eating schedule, reasonable snacks
Adequate drinking water, the rational selection of drinks
