U045- Shanghai University Clover Community

Shanghai University Clover Community was founded on Jia ding campus in 2007. After nearly ten years’ development, it has already become a cross-campus association which is favored by many literature lovers and environmentalists. We engage in exchanging books and reading activities and pay attention to keeping the culture and fun, literature and environmental protection at the same time, and try to become a social organization that cares about environment and books.

It is a new start to enter the field of environmental protection for us to join the “root and shoot”. In Clover community, we set up a particular group for the “root and shoot” project. For college students like us, it is very important to accept environmental education, exercise environmental protection ability and enhance environmental protection consciousness. “Practice makes perfect”. So, we are ready to join “root and shoot” instead of being limited in school. We will carry our dream, bring our passion and try our best to participate in various activities of “root and shoot”. We are willing to contribute our strength to become a part of “root and shoot” and looking forward to accomplishing “Root & Shoot” ’s goodwill of “fostering respect and compassion for all living things, to promote understanding of all cultures and beliefs, and to empower and inspire individuals to take action to make a positive difference in our world.”

We believe the power of Public welfare and will never forget the belief of environmental protection. The hope of soft seeds can break the hard stone and finally show the spirit of style of Clover community. We will bring the concepts of public welfare and environmental protection from the “roots and shoot” into the campus, into our daily lives so that we can enjoy a green life all the time.
