KidStrong individual sanitation manual, designed by the volunteers of Shanghai Roots & Shoots, has become a necessary part of the program on personal hygiene. The colorful and vivid manual is a detailed guide book for volunteers to teach childdren how to brush their teeth and wash their hands in a correct way. It also tells them how to form a healthy eating and drinking habit.
