Collection of Ideas to Save the Planet

The Consulate General of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in Shanghai is proud to announce that we will be hosting an event based on the 5th Major Historical Objective of Venezuela’s Socialist Plan 2013-2019.

This event focuses on how we can collectively generate a compendium of solutions to combat the effects of global warming and revert the deterioration that our planet is suffering. One person can make a difference, that’s why we invite you to share with us any ideas or projects, on how we can solve the many environmental issues to save our planet. Proposals can include sustainable development, climate, energy, ecosystem, gardening, engineering, natural disaster, robotics, and more.

Once all the proposals have been received, a group of selecting judges will pick the top five participants that have the most distinguished proposals, which they will be showcased in a printed edition in Chinese, English and Spanish. Subsequently they will be handed to all the participants of the International Conference for Environmental Conservation on November 21st, 2016.

In addition, the top five will have the opportunity to exhibit their ideas at the Conference. Starting, September 1st till November 15th of 2016, your proposals can be submitted through our official email: venezuelaenshanghai@yahoo.com. All submissions must be in Word or PowerPoint, indicating your name, email, telephone and a digital portrait photo of yourself. There are no restrictions in nationalities, everyone can participate.
