EVENT DETAILS:
To reduce the use of cards, our group organized an activity to call on the students to use fruits as Christmas gifts rather than use cards made of paper.
If we could reduce the amount of cards we used, we would save many trees.
On the 20th of December to the 22nd of December, we put a stall in front of the school canteen to introduce the activity to the students. And the students could also sign up there to join our activity.
At the noon of the 22nd of December, the registration was ended. And we began the summary of registration information.
At about 18:00 PM on the 22nd of December, orders on which the fruits were needed to be sent to the place other than Shanghai were send as emails to the mailbox.
In the evening of the 22nd of December, we ordered the fruits acceding to all the orders and we also arranged the workers to wrap the fruits and send them.
From the 22nd to 25th of December, we sent the fruits in different times according to the requirement of the orders, transferring blessing and propaganda environmental protection.
