Our University,Nanjing Agriculture University is a university good at agriculture; our group, Volunteer Department of the Plant Protection which belongs to thePlantProtectionCollege. We focus on the public welfare, environmental protection, and volunteer. As our college’s name, Plant Protection, it is just like the doctor for the plant. The Botany, Entomology, Ecology and Pesticide Science are our majors. We want to use our youth’s effort and donation to let the people who surrounding us can know the importance of protecting the endangered species and our environment. We want them can be touched by the idea of the harmony between the human being and nature. We want them can know us and what we do.

We are still taking the responsibility of protecting the Chinese Tiger Swallowtail in theZijinMountain. Hoping we could share our experience via the Roots and Shoots.
