Shanghai Lixin University of Commerce is a university featured in accounting, management and economy. Its predecessor was Lixin Accounting Junior College, which was founded by the Father of Chinese Modern Accounting, Pan Xulun in 1928. It was stopped in 1952 and was refounded. In 2003, it changed its name into Shanghai Lixin University of Commerce.
