SAS Students Serve Their Own Organic Vegetables in the School Cafeteria

Jul.29.2014

SAS Pudong students grow their own organic vegetables as part of Roots & Shoots’ Organic Garden program. The group selected popular Chinese vegetable, Bok Choy, to serve to their fellow peers for lunch at the school cafeteria. As passionate environmentalists, Roots & Shoots group is currently lobbying for the school to construct a new and fully sustainable rooftop greenhouse.
