MTP丨Walk for Health and Environment

With the support of ADM Cares, ADM Beijing and Shanghai joined in the Shanghai Roots & Shoots’ Million Tree Project (MTP), to draw their staff’s attention to their own health and the protection of the environment. The donation will go towards the Million Tree Project to plant trees for the environment and support the walking competition between ADM’s offices in Beijing and Shanghai. The donation was given through ADM Cares. ADM Cares is a social investment program that directs funds to initiatives and organizations that drive meaningful social, economic and environmental progress worldwide.

Each month, three individual staff members whose total number of steps comes first in the competition will receive the “Best Individual Award”, and the group whose average number of steps ranks first will receive the “Best Team Award”. Till the end of the competition – next March, the top ten individuals will have the opportunity to participate in the April tree planting trip to Tongliao, Inner Mongolia with Shanghai Roots & Shoots.? The Million Tree Project team will plant 5,000 trees there on behalf of ADM in 2016.
